Role Overview
- Position: Technical Inquiry & Store Coordinator (Electrical)
- Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh
- Salary: 20-25k per month
- Including HRA Compliances.

Key Responsibilities
- Inquiry Management: Handling incoming inquiries for electrical materials and providing technical information to clients.
- Store Accountability: Maintaining accurate records of store inventory and ensuring material stock matches the documentation.
- Tele-Calling: Proactive communication with vendors and clients to drive marketing efforts and follow up on inquiries.
- Documentation: Managing data entry using MS Word, Excel, and other office management tools.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Electrical industry preferred).
- Must be “technically sound” regarding electrical materials.
- Expertise in handling sales inquiries and customer conversion.
- Proficient in MS Excel (for inventory tracking) and MS Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional tele-calling.
